How do I make a booking?

  • Bookings over the phone are not accepted

How do I make payment?

  • All Credit Cards are accepted
  • PayPal payments are accepted
  • Cash payments are not accepted
  • Driver and guides are not allowed to collect payments
  • In order to confirm a booking, payment must be made in advance
  • We manage the safest online payment platform on the market

How do I meet the driver on Airport/Cruise Pick Up?

  • The driver is going to be waiting with a signboard showing your name.
  • The meeting point will be at the arrivals hall, after going through customs (Easy to find).
  • You will see several drivers holding signboards, just look for your name
  • Our fares are all-inclusive. Nothing will be charged up on arrival.
  • Some destinations might have particular instructions for pick up, you will be informed on booking.

What will happen if there is a delay on my flight?

  • We will follow up on your flight status online. If there is a delay, the driver will wait.
  • If you miss your plane and you board a new flight with a different number you will have to send us this information.

At what time the driver will pick me up when going to Airport?

  • Pick up from your hotel can be decided by the passenger on booking
  • We suggest 3 hours before the departure of your flight.
  • Please note that Spanish cities might have heavy traffic during high season
  • If you want to set a different pick-up time for particular reasons just contact us.

I’m traveling with extra luggage, how do I make a booking?

  • Published prices are based on 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on per person
  • We manage VANS and MINIBUSES that can carry lost of luggage
  • Please contact us and we will offer you the best vehicle option

How can I make a change my booking?

  • Please reply to the confirmation email sent by our system on booking
  • Include the requested changes in your message
  • We will update your booking and generate a new confirmation
